Haley Faulkenberry

As a partner at A&A Advocates, Haley Faulkenberry excels in the area of Executive Lobbying.

Haley has extensive experience working with Oklahoma’s state agencies and a strong understanding of the unique relationship between agencies and the Oklahoma legislature.

Over the course of her career, Haley has worked with various state agencies in a multitude of policy areas, including child welfare reform, social service initiatives, health care, veteran affairs, and criminal justice reform. This experience has given her a proven skill set to assist A&A Advocates’ clients when dealing with regulatory red tape and funding issues.

Since coming to A&A Advocates in 2014, Haley has successfully helped negotiate various state contracts for her clients. She has also assisted in coordinating public-private partnerships with state agencies and private foundations.

Prior to joining A&A Advocates, Haley served as the Associate Director of Oklahoma’s largest public employee association. In this role she specialized in building and maintaining state agency relations and working with legislative sub-appropriations and policy committees to which agency related legislation is assigned.
